Shipping & Returns
InvigoFlex offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 in the United States. To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by WynnPharm (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for standard delivery and approximately 2 business days for Expedited delivery. Please note shipping times are not guaranteed. All international orders, including Canada, please allow 7-30 business days. Expedited orders placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time on regular business days will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm on regular business days will ship on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service is not available over the weekend. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur.
As of December 2020, WynnPharm has introduced a new dedicated InvigoFlex website to improve user experience. Unfortunately, if you have an account already on wynnpharm.com, you will be asked to create a new account as previous information were not imported to the new website. InvigoFlex honors a generous 90-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all products – no questions asked! Please allow 10 to 15 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 90 days or shipping charges. Returns must be made to the place of purchase (i.e. invigoflex.com, Amazon.com, etc.). 90 day money back guarantee is only valid for one per person.
For a full refund on your products (not including shipping), please complete the following within 90 days:
1. Contact the place of purchase (i.e. invigoflex.com, Amazon.com, etc.) to get a Return Authorization Number.
2. Mail all containers (opened or unopened) to:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please include name, phone number, email and any additional information about your order.
